Who We Are
Located in East Flatbush, Brooklyn in New York, Community Concerns Network Inc (CCN) is the community-based outreach division of Byways & Hedges Youth For Christ Ministry. While the church seeks to meet the spiritual needs of our communities, CCN focuses on the basic everyday needs that necessitate human survival and the health and safety of our families and our nation.
What We Do
Our programs are geared to help youth, immigrants, and those affected by violence. Through dedicated events and rolling projects, CCN builds a sturdy foundation for our youth by providing them with the tools they need to become confident and productive members of society; provides resources for legal and financial assistance on matters that affect immigrants and our community members; and increases awareness of gun and domestic violence so that we can eradicate the foothold that violence has established within the East Flatbush community.
